Amara Pasticceria — Restaurant in Catania

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's a little pricey.

I had 1 cappuccino and 1 pistachio croissant. I sat at a table. The bill came to 5€. The man at the bar was extremely nice and the coffee had a very impressive milk foam. The croissant was a tad heavy in the middle (possibly under baked?) with a very stiff, starch stabilised pistachio custard (which didn't taste much of pistachio, but that's to be expected).

Not the best pastry or the best pricing, but I've encountered worse. And it was a pleasant...

wow, i really loved this place. really cute and feels like home with a lot of love. the people working here makes you smile and are really kind. everyone is friendly. the food is delicious and i love the coffe and the pastries. it’s my first time in italy and i’m really happy i tried this place. if you are in catania i recommend you to go there for a really wholesome italy...

The cannoli was very good. The espresso was tasty as well. We paid 10€ which was a bit odd. Then I went through the comments to find out that they overcharge. The fact that there is no price on any of the pastries and no menu only made it clear to me that I was overcharged as well...
