I tried the arancini and they were average, in my opinion on the market in Palermo there were tastier arancini than those. I was disappointed by one of the staff members (a blonde lady aged above 40) - she visibly was not happy that I asked for a bag to carry my food in (I ordered food to go), another staff member (a brunette girl in her 20s) gave me a bag and her older colleague made a comment (in Italian, so that I cannot understand) in front of me, telling her she doesn'thave to give me a bag, because I ordered only arancini. Despite the lady's unpleased face and comment I ended up with a bag, but it was a very not nice experience (I could not understand how can someone be so stingy - it is just a bag and if she wanted me to pay extra for that, she could have told me to, not to make faces and comments in...

One of the best arancini in the city, atleast from the ones I tried. They make it always fresh, so you have to wait, but it's worth it. The only off-putting thing is the really high price, that it's just nearly worth it. I'm still undecided if the quality here is worth the quantity somewhere else, it's up to everyone to decide. Out of 7 visits I had bad experience only once, it was with arancini al ragĂč, it was really sour and acidy with not that much sauce.

Edit: after coming back here again I need to say the service is getting worse and worse. It's never enough people working there and it's not manageable for one person do everything alone. The waiting time is getting ridiculously high, 15 minutes for a arancini, that cost 3€ is...

Honestly, the only arancini I've eaten in Catania but they were extremely tasty. The place is conveniently located close to one of the busiest non-central bus stations, making it a good quick stop option for someone waiting for their bus. That being said, keep in mind that it takes ~10-15 minutes for your arancini to be ready, since they're only fried after you order.

There's a good variety of choices, with vegrtarian-friendly options also available. The price of one arancini is anywhere between €2-3.5 depending on ingredients and size (which is generous to say the least).

The owners also offer a good selection of creams and jams, which are also...

Staff was absolutely fantastic. They make the arancini fresh which I haven’t seen much of in Catania so was really happy about that. They also accidentally mixed up one of the ones my brother got but they were so gracious to correct their mistake and even brought us some cookies on the house which was so kind. (I’d honestly mess up every single one if I worked here because they all look the same on the outside) They also taste amazing! The meat in the Ragu one was so tender and the right amount of flavour. The Pantescu one my brother got he said that the capers added a really nice flavour as well. I highly recommend this spot if you come to Catania!

Fantastic spot for arancini lovers – including those who need gluten-free options. They offer three different gluten-free varieties, which are prepared with great care in a separate fryer and with fresh gloves. The wait time was about 10–15 minutes, but this was the same for all guests and definitely worth it. We tried the arancino al ragĂč and the pancetta one – both were incredibly delicious, very moist, perfectly fried, and never dry. At just €3–4 each, the size and quality make them excellent value for money.
