Attractive place, good drinks but not at all focused on customer service. You will fill ripped off in the end. Ask for the drinks menu and you will be surprised. There is no drinks menu so they will change you whatever they want for a simple gin and tonic or anything else. Especially if you are a tourist. They claim that the overpriced drinks are made with “quality” mixes, however the customer should be the one picking not them. When asked about it they explained there are too many types of gin and they are trying to create a menu but couldn’t yet, and they have been open for 3 years now. 3 years to create a menu??? The waitresses are nice girls but look embarrassed to be the face of such odd place. The manager and the barman are rude and should not be dealing with the public. Bad experience.

Absolutely disgusted and outraged at the service of this place. Presented to be an honest and respectable venue (a rare find in Catania) turns out to be just like the rest of them: thieves.

Claiming they don’t have the cocktail menu we had to order blindly and were left speechless when presented the bill with prices clearly fabricated on the spot, e.g. €10 for a shot - abominable price for a shot and in Catania of all places!
Needless to say the final bill we had to pay was unfair, absurd and unexpected.
Never again. Save yourself...

Because one of us doesnt eat meat we asked for more cheese and less meat which luckily wasn’t a problem at all. We also really wanted a glass of wine with this platter, however, the only wine available was by the bottle starting at €55 or a glass of champagne, no regular glasses of wine. Their winelist was very big but most of them they didn’t have. We ended up ordering a cocktail because we didn’t want a whole bottle. The food was okay, cocktails not so much. If you are looking for good champagnes Im sure it’s the place to be as they had a few pages full of champagnes ranging from affordable to more...
