I dont recommend this restaurant. The food was okay. There are defiantely better places but it wasnt bad. I had the pasta alla norma, which I felt had too much sauce for the pasta, and not enough ricotta (coming from a non-italian though... but i feel that if you finish your pasta and still have 50% of the sauce left, then it isn't a great ratio..)

The reason for only 2 stars is the service however. Nothing bad happened. But we were guided in by the greeter out front, and it seemed that the wait staff didnt want to give us a table. We were directed to a high table where the chairs were really too low..it was a bit frustrating that two small tables were free right infront of us, but I assume the wait staff hadn't cleaned and reset them so didn't want to give them to us. It was even more frustrating when a couple that walked in just moments before us, just for drinks, got one of these tables instead of us...

Anyway, we then waited for 20 mins until someone came took our order. We ordered a bottle of water, a glass of wine, a cocktail and two pasta dishes. We waited 10 mins. The pasta arrived. But no drinks. The bar tender was on his phone. We hadnt even recieved a bottle of water (that they just have to take out the fridge). The waitress that bought the food realised we didnt have drinks and went and asked for us. They then brought the bottle of water and the glass of wine. The cocktail took a further 10 mins. The bar tender also apparently was making the same cocktail for the neighbouring table (who arrived a while after us, and didnt have food yet). So we had to wait for him to finish those.

No one came to check on us during food. And after finishing our food, no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or took our plates.

Ive worker as a bar tender for over 10 years now, and I honestly believe the bar tender was the main person that let the restaurant down, followed by the wait staff.

They were busy, but the restaurant wasnt full. Many of the staff were stood around not doing anything. Very disappointing. It could have been a good experience. We...

Lunch- We were invited in to this lovely restaurant by the hostess out front. She said would you like to eat in our garden and that sounded so great. It really is a nice atmosphere. My friend ordered the pasta with clams and really enjoyed it. My other friend and I shared a street food sampler and a salad. It would’ve been so helpful to me to have a picture so I know what these things are because I don’t think I would’ve ordered it. It was all fried and starchy and a lot of cheese and hardly any meat at all. Maybe some people like this kind of food it’s just not for me. The salad was nice and fresh though. I think this place is nice enough that I would try it again to see if I can find a dish that I like better.

Update: We came back for dinner. Five of us. The braised ravioli was the favorite dish of all. Very delicious. The Pasta di frutti di mare was only a three out of five. The pasta with pistachio cream and ricotta was a little under-cooked so only a 3 also. I had the salmon with avocado salad which I really liked despite the fact that there were quite a few bones. But it was nice and fresh and good. I suggest serving with lemon! My friend liked the peach Mojito very much. Dessert report: tiramisu was excellent, loved the almond parfait, apple whiskey dessert needed more whiskey! My friend says the ambience of this place is very nice so much better than sitting on the street. You have the feeling of being outside with ancient walls around you but it’s covered, well lit and very airy. Also no cars zooming past and nobody interrupting our dinner to sell us stuff. I...

We were just walking by and we were drawn to go in for the beautiful garden. It was in fact beautiful. And that's pretty much it. It was winter and I wanted hot water, like a cup of boiling water because it's about 10º outside. The waiter didn't understand and brought a room temperature water bottle, when I said no and I asked for the boiling water he rolled his eyes as he walked away. We ordered a bottle of prosecco and it wasn't available so he brought another of the same price without any apologies and just assumed it was okay as he opened it, and the whole time we filled our own glasses. My friend ordered pizza and it was below average, the dough was amazing and the texture was great but as for taste... nothing impressive. I had pumpkin and mushroom pasta and it was so bland I asked for parmesan, pepper, olive oil salt and pepper flakes and with that I was able to make myself a pasta that actually had some flavour. There was a fly that fell in my glass of prosecco and I had to ask the waiter twice to replace it and it took around 10 minutes. All in all, if the service was better maybe I would have overlooked the food taste quality but all together this was a pretty bad experience and for a 48 euro bill for lunch for 2... I would...

TOURIST TRAP😡 AVOID 😡 PICS PROVE 🙁 It worths minus STAR. MINUS 5. It was our 1st meal since arrival. 1) Appetizer: ok but the veggies are super oily 2) Seafood pasta: WHAT IS THAT? All frozen seafood and the portion is SUPER SMALL. Even stingy on pasta. Worst ever in my life. No seafood taste, really made by Italians? If yes im sorry. 3) Beers and wines: tourist price, 0 special 4) Vibes: got inner garden but very noisy 5) Service: 100% Discriminate tourist. They give Italian breads upon arrival, for tourist, the guy who works there without uniform shouted at me and said „you have to ask for the bread if you want it, because you are tourist, and we must charge you 2€ per person for service charge“ I don’t care the service Charge, but treating customers differently is not correct. Unfortunately this is the principle of this restaurant, if you want good and fair service like the others as a tourist, you should never go there.

Very nice place with a lovely garden, lots of plants, secluded, away from the street which can get busy at times. However, the food wasn't that good, to be honest. Tuna sandwich felt like a few different ingredients stacked in between stale buns. You'd expect that a sandwich with sashimi tuna and avocado should have something to add flavour to them. A pinch of salt at the very least... Fresh (apart from the buns, but without much taste, and served with cold fries 😢 Pizza with pistachio and bacon was quite fatty. Portions sizes were big enough. Service was a bit slow, but nice. We waited for our food for over 40 minutes, which is a bit too much, even for a slow Italian Saturday. Especially since we were basically the only ones there. All in all, not worth the money. 70€ for water, 3 really terrible coffees, 2 mediocre sandwiches and a fatty pizza.
