Bar "Chocolamì" — Restaurant in Cetara

We got vouchers for breakfast in Chocolami from our B&B. The location is a "desserteria" and looks quite cute. We could choose between a sweet and a salty breakfast and we could also choose our hot beverage. The picture here shows it good. We had to wait ca. 5 minutes for our coffees and 5 more minutes for our breakfast. We got at first a plate with little cheese and different kinds of salami and few little slices of cut dark bread. Since we don't like dark bread we asked for white and got two little "baguettes". My wife was very satisfied with her amount of food but I had to ask for another piece of bread. Probably the best bakery experience i’ve ever had. The pastries were beautiful and delicious, customized to our liking. I loved the hazelnut chocolate croissant and donut, while my cousin Dawson (Owen School of Management MSF Vanderbilt ‘22) was addicted to the house cream donut. We bought veggies at the adjacent market each morning and without asking them, the two fine ladies brought us oil, salt, and basil, as well as knives for chopping. We went to Chocolamì every day during our stay in Cetara. It's a wonderful spot to stop by at any time of day, whether for a bite to eat or something to drink. We tried several breakfast specialties as well as many of the chocolates and biscuits – everything was top quality and incredibly delicious. We even brought home some cookies and chocolates! The experience was fantastic. The grocery store next door was also excellent – we sampled a variety of fresh vegetables from there. The people were very kind and welcoming. We’d love to come...
