We just had dinner at Al Convento tonight, with a huge disappointment on the quality of the food and the service. The waiter brought us the wrong drink (naturale instead of frizzante water). Our starter (parmigiana with alici) was cold on the inside. We waited 25 minutes after the starter for our main courses, which were terrible: fried seafood mix which my husband had came soggy with the different items at different temperatures (some were very cold and others lukewarm) -- they were obviously fried at the wrong temperature and at different times; my puttanesca sauce didn't taste like anything with what were obviously olives and capers from the can, and the spaghetti were very salty.
