Al Vecchio Fornello — Restaurant in Cisternino

Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa perché ho scoperto che mi sono state servite meno cose di quelle che ho ordinato e nonostante ciò ho pagato il prezzo pieno. Voglio ammettere un errore, la confusione in cucina, ma quello è stato un comportamento fatto di proposito in quanto si è ripetuto 2 volte, e io non sono fesso.

Durante la cena mi era venuto un dubbio, mancavano 2 bombette piccanti e quando ho chiesto conferma ai ragazzi in sala mi è stato detto che era tutto finito.

Nel dubbio che mi pervade la mente ne approfitto per fare un altro ordine. Al banco scelgo 1 bombetta classica, 2 piccanti e 1 salsiccia piccante. Il macellaio mi fa giustamente notare che lo spiedo per la brace ha bisogno di essere riempito e quindi bisognava aggiungere altro e mi inserisce un altro paio di bombette.

A tavola però mi arrivano 2 bombette classiche e 1 salsiccia. Chiedo info in merito alle bombette piccanti ma mi dicono che non c'era niente nell'ordine, allora capisco che c'è un trucco: mi fai ordinare le cose, le pesi, metti il prezzo e poi me le togli.

Non solo la scorrettezza generale del comportamento, quanto anche la presa per i fondelli che io non accetto, soprattutto quando la cosa la scopro. I ragazzi in sala hanno dato la colpa al macellaio, anche in modo poco opportuno devo dire (insinuando sulla vecchiaia dell'uomo e sulla demenza senile, il che mi sembra fuori luogo sinceramente), ovviamente mi dicono che mi scorporano quello che non mi è stato servito (solo nel secondo ordine) e poi al conto finale mi tolgono 50 centesimi.

A mente fredda ho ragionato sulla cosa e sono giunto alla conclusione che nel primo ordine delle 18 bombette ordinate ne mancavano almeno 5 che ho pagato, visto che la carne viene pesata e stabilito il prezzo al momento della scelta al banco. Quindi del totale dei 2 ordini, delle 22 bombette ordinate solo 15 sono arrivate a tavola.

Io da un ristoratore truffaldino non ci sto e non ci torno, ci tengo ad avvisare tutti di questa cosa, se ci volete andare CONTATE bene quello che ordinate e fate notare se ci sono mancanze.

Took about an hour to get what we ordered. Food is quite good, meat is tender. Order and choose the raw meat at the counter and wait for them to grill it for you.

However bad experience as we got charged 25 euros more than what we ordered. Errors happens yes (even though their system seems foolproof against this as they write your table number on each order), but, it's how they handled their mistake that left a bad taste in my mouth.
