Caffè ai patriarchi — Restaurant in Cividale del Friuli

I don’t recommend this cafe because you can be kicked out. The unfriendly waiter (the man) didn’t sell coffee and said that I can’t take a table if I sit for more than an hour and work on a laptop. And the other waiter (the girl) offered to sit outside on the street, when it was 8 degrees.

I should add that I am from Ukraine and at that time my children and I were temporarily living in Castelmonte. I was waiting in the café for the children until they finished school, so that I could take them back to Castelmonte. At the same time I work online and at that time I was working on my laptop to earn money and feed my children in another country because there is a war in Ukraine. I have no desire to return to your café because of the intolerance of your staff. And it's a lie that people...

Esperienza davvero spiacevole in questo bar. Ho preso un caffè con alcuni colleghi e, al momento di pagare con la carta (per un totale di circa 7-8 euro), il titolare ha avuto un atteggiamento scortese, facendomi sentire in colpa per non aver usato i contanti. Non si trattava di due soli caffè, e comunque anche se fosse stato così, non giustifica la maleducazione. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che accade, e anche altri miei colleghi hanno avuto lo stesso tipo di trattamento.

Vista la situazione, ho deciso che non tornerò più: prima di arrivare a questo bar ci sono altri tre locali, dove l'accoglienza e la cortesia non mancano. Sceglierò volentieri uno di quelli la...

Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, in quanto, dopo averlo frequentato per un periodo con i colleghi, e aver chiesto più volte di pagare con la carta,abbiamo sempre ricevuto risposte negative e un atteggiamento reticente. È inaccettabile che nel 2025 un'attività commerciale impedisca a dei clienti di pagare con carta,nonostante abbia l'obbligo legale di accettare qualsiasi tipo di pagamento,giustificandosi di questo senso con la frase "la prossima volta però pagate in contanti. Preferiamo quindi di rivolgerci...
