Lucky Sushi — Restaurant in Civitavecchia

Nice place for some sushi in Italy. Lovely looking restaurant with a decent view, but try not to arrive when opening, they seem to not be prepared for guests. The food was excellent. You can choose to be seated inside or outside. It tobacco smoke is a problem, choose the inside, because Italians smoke a lot. Even though you can still smell it inside as well. The new technology of ordering on a digital board has been upgraded to the use of an iPad. Nice feature. They add in the tip to the bill. Absolutely disappointing experience. The staff didn’t speak English, so I had to rely on a translator. I specifically asked for the menu at the entrance, and when I ordered ramen, what arrived was nothing more than an instant soup with a pan-fried egg, some vegetables, and very little meat. When I pointed out that it looked nothing like the photo in the menu, I was told the image was “just an example.”

After a lengthy discussion, they still insisted I pay €4 for service, in addition to the cost of the ramen. Overall, this place is not worth your time or money. Proceed...

Una cena fortunata . Consideriamo che stiamo valutando un tipico ristorante di "sushi all u can eat" quindi non parliamo di pesce appena pescato ed abbattuto che mangereste con non meno di 100 Pleuri a testa . Detto questo , il ristorante offre un ampio menu' ( sono stato a cena) che varia da piatti cinesi al Sushi e anche delle alternative inaspettate (padella conviviale di carne o pesce in una salsa al curry middle piccante servita al tavolo con fornellino per mantenere la pietanza ben calda). Ho davvero apprezzato la composizione del sushi, con piccole quantità di riso, che quindi non "ti attoppa" permettendoti di degustare tante pietanze diverse . Normalmente invece nei ristoranti di questo tipo mettono molto riso che dopo pochi piatti ti appesantisce e ti fermi . Il personale e' molto attento e disponibile nel recepire richieste di variazioni , non e' semplice farsi capire ma loro ce la mettono davvero tutta per soddisfare le tue richieste . Le cameriere , una Italiana ed una cinese , sono giovani e davvero gentili ♥️ Lo consiglio vivamente , buono il pesce ( considerando che state mangiando del pesce scongelato e quindi decoroso e sicuro da un punto di vista alimentare) e buone anche le salse di decorazione ( maionese piccante, salsa di soia al tartufo mi hanno conquistato). Chiedete al tavolo il wasabi ed il ginger se li gradite perché il cliente medio non sa neanche cosa siano percio non vengono serviti di rito. A Livorno ( mia cìtta') ci possiamo dimenticare questo livello di qualita'per un ristorante di questa categoria , mi auguro che mantengano nel tempo queste caratteristiche, tornerò a trovarli...
