I really don't recommend this place for people who really wanna experience the Italian cuisine. I say this because it's a place located very close to the Cruise Ship terminal and gets a lot of tourists, probably people that just wanna try, at least once, the real Italian food.
We went there for lunch around 2 pm on Saturday and the service was very very bad. We waited 30 minutes just to have a menu, waiters were passing by and acted like they didn't care. When we finally got a menu, the waiter came right away to ask for the order, but since we just got the Menu we didn't have enough time to look at it. My husband quickly asked for some appetizers while we decided what to eat next. After that, we waited for the appetizers around one hour, and, considering that it was just a bruschetta and a tuna tartare, it was a lot. By that time, the only person who was inside was not taking our order yet, so, once we got the appetizers, my husband asked the waiter if we could order the main courses, but he also stated that if we needed to wait another hour to let us know, because we were not willing to wait that long, again. He took our order and we waited approximately 20 mins for our food, and that was ok, but honestly the food was the worst part of the entire experience.
Starting from the bruschetta, the bread was really hard and crunchy, probably overcooked. The Tuna tartar had no flavor at all, it didn't felt fresh, and its color was saying everything. The reason why we ordered Tuna tartar in the first place, was because we watched the advertising on their screen, showing this red and beautiful Tuna and how they were cutting it. What they served to us, it was not even close to it. The Spaghettis with Ragu were so bad that I didn't even eat half of them, not even my husband, that eats everything, could make it🤣. The Ragu had a strange brown color and the only flavor I could sense was the salt, but it was so salty that it was impossible to eat it, and the pasta was over cooked too. They saw we amost didn't touch the pasta, but they didn't even bother to ask how was everything, because in reality they knew it. Oh, I forgot, they removed my knife and fork after the appetizer, but they didn't bring me new ones, not even when the rest of the food arrived. They served the food on the table, they left, and I waited for them to come back, until I had to look for them to ask for another pair, in order to be able to eat the food that it was already on the table for almost 5 min.
We are not people who make dramas and troubles. We stay calm and analyze everything. We travel often and we eat in many differents places. We pay and we don't complain, but of course, no one come back where they are not treated well.
The place has a nice open area at the back with sea view. If you are just looking for drinks and coffe, you can enjoy the location. For food, I don't recommended it and good luck with...

( up to last year at least). The owner is terribly arrogant and dishonest. They overcharge people, by increasing the prices in the menu. Ho dovuto chiedere il menù, non mi hanno portato il pane e non ci hanno sparecchiato prima del dolce, quindi ci hanno servito il dolce con tutti i piatti vuoti e sporchi ancora sul tavolo. Poi, la cosa che ho meno gradito è stato il tono di voce alto e troppo in romanaccio (non quello simpatico alla Albertone) del personale, esclusa la signora in maglia bianca a maniche corte. Tutti gli altri tono davvero troppo alto. Ho ascoltato tutti gli scambi tra le cameriere al bancone (noi eravamo vicino la cassa), le potevamo sentire addirittura quando erano alla sala di sotto. Il top è stato quando una era in cima alle scale e urlava all'altra che si trovava nella sala di sotto e noi li a due passi. Per le pietanze, erano buone però... Le chicche che ho preso io avevano sicuramente qualche ingrediente per cremolare, potrei dire un po' di panna, o simile. Soprattutto per le chicche, non serve aggiungere cose che appesantiscono e basta. La crema si fa da sola con gli gnocchi, basta un filo di acqua di cottura. Buone per carità, ma con la panna è tutto bono! Io nemmeno a casa la uso. La pasta e vongole era buona ma anche lì c'era davvero tanta crema... E dopo le chicche, comprendetemi se ho pensato che forse qualche addensante sia stato messo pure lì. Magari mi sbaglio però........ Cmq tutto buono per carità anche se in un atmosfera caotica. Ultima cosa, non è carino che durante il servizio il personale... O forse la proprietaria, non sono sicura, stia fuori a sorseggiare spritz. Soprattutto se prende le comande, e quindi lavora, ma poi non si accorge che mi stanno servendo il dolce con ancora i piatti...
