A true hidden gem restaurant - excellent but was hard to find! I walked right past it as the sign is hard to see and it's surrounded by residential buildings. Definitely felt like a very authentic European restaurant, both in terms of vibrant ingredients and portion sizes. Beautiful decor that feels like a nobleman's parlor. We got some local specialties - cotechino sausage, marubini tortellini in 3 broths, and a cheese plate with mostarda fruit preserves. All 3 were fantastically composed dishes worth savoring. The cotechino was definitely the highlight. A wonderful taste of the local Cremonese cuisine, located near the Casa Stradivari if you're making a stop there. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been in the Emilia-Romagna region. I had the onion tatin with parmesan gelato & traditional marubini in meat broth. The onion tatin was unimaginably caremelized and the parmesan gelato does a perfect counterbalance. Marubini had just the right ratio of dough to meat in an unassuming broth which simply blows your mind upon your first taste. Simply amazing. I wish I stayed in Cremona to go once more. I also love the ambience which is very pleasant with lots of natural lighting.

Ambiente molto bello in un palazzo del 700. Sono rimasto un po' basito per la quantità rispetto al prezzo: - Sinfonia della terra Cremonese con mostarda di nostra produzione Salame Cremonese, Coppa, Fiocchetto e Pancetta cotta, provolone Auricchio e mostarda di nostra produzione: 16 euro. Fiocchetto davvero fantastico, gli altri affettati nella norma. Un piccolo pezzettino di Auricchio (ne avrei messi altri 2). Mostarda ok. - Crespelle di torrone con fonduta di provolone Auricchio: 10 euro. Wow buonissime!!! Ma solo 2, ne avrei messa anche un'altra. - Semifreddo al Torrone in salsa di cioccolato e granella di mandorle. 8€. Un po' eccessivo il prezzo. Pane: una buona varietà: grissini, crostini e purtroppo pane che non era fresco... I due ragazzi in sala hanno dovuto informarsi per i tipi di formaggi nel piatto degustazione e idem per un vino locale che ho chiesto. La ragazza era appena stata assunta quindi nessuno problema, può capitare che la carta dei vini non si impari subito. Insomma a mio parere, se si è la prima volta a Cremona e si vogliono provare le tipicità del luogo è meglio scegliere altro. Se si è invece del posto secondo me per un'uscita di coppia, con amici o colleghi ci può stare.

Beautiful restaurant, the decor is very nice and the tables are well set in large rooms. The cuisine is Italian but it's not the boring, you-can-make-it-at-home type: the chef likes to play with the ingredients, and the results are worth a Michelin star! The only imperfection is that such an amazing food is not complemented by a Michelin star service. Don't get me wrong: there was no fault in the service, for a good restaurant, but this could aspire to be the best in this area, and it looks like they just don't care about it. If that's the case, please accept my apologies, but it's such a pity because it would take just a really small attention to details! Anyway, this restaurant is well...

Since 2020, whenever i run an event in Cremona, i always bring my delegates to this restaurant, so till date at least i have been to this restaurant more than 20 times and each booking always is between 10 people to 45people. My company had spent at least €25k worth of eating with them. But today due to delegates last minute cancellation I wasn’t able to bring the number of people we had originally booked for. But the restaurant want me to pay extra €440 for food that we didn’t even eat for. Given the fact that we had given them so much business in the past, this is totally unacceptable. I will definitely not bring any of my customers to this restaurant anymore. Horrible service totally...
