Premessa: questa pizzeria fa le pizze senza glutine ottime, anzi, eccezionali. È la mia preferita. Il proprietario è gentilissimo. Personale attento e gentile, però, purtroppo questa sera mi è capitato un evento increscioso: mi hanno portato la birra calda. Sappiamo bene che la birra calda non piace a nessuno. Chiamo la ragazza, le spiego il fatto e lei con poca gentilezza mi dice che è impossibile🤦‍♀️ Le ripeto che è calda, lei mi dice che, al massimo, può rinfrescare il bicchiere 🤔. Lo dice in maniera sgarbatissima! Stupita dal comportamento arrogante ed altezzoso della ragazza, rinuncio e le dico che la tengo. Poi ci ripenso, prendo la birra e la porto alla cassa, ringrazio la cassiera e le dico che non la voglio, la pagherò comunque, ma è imbevibile. Alla fine quando vado a pagare, la cassiera molto gentile, mi dice che non l'ha aggiunta nel conto.
