Ristorante Pizzeria Nautilus Favignana — Restaurant in Favignana

I really like this place, good pokè, good sea food and stuff, and also good pizza. The only complaint is the attitude of the workers. Today me and my family decided to take a rest from the walking, biking and being on the beach. For dinner we had an idea to go to the closest restaurant and get some pizza, so my dad went down there to get two pizza’s. They were really good, but my dad said that the attitude of the worker was not appreciated. My dad asked them to cut the pizza in slices for my family to eat easier. The worker agreed and went to the other workers, but they started laughing. What my dad explained was: “they said something about ‘più servito’” which obviously the workers thought that he couldn’t understand, they were right but he knew they were bad talking about him. And then they also said something about ketchup and mayo, thinking if we want those as well since we are tourists. To them, they thought that we were some royalty that needed everything, but all my dad did was ask them to cut the pizza in slices. I don’t think there was such a big reason to laugh about, and the behaviour was just childish. We will definitely come back, but we don’t accept such attitude. Here is a picture...

Definitely, i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We went because we asked if would be possible to watch the football match Spain - France and they told us it was, however once we had a sit the tv was not available. We ordered some wine after seeing the wine menu and even it was on the menu, there wasn’t that wine. Besides, waitresses are very young and inexperienced though the attention is really bad. Hopefully pizza was good, tuna tataki completely unflavoured. Unfortunately, we are designating one star to Nautilus, not for the food, ambience but for feeling disrespected. We made an reservation for 20.00 and made sure to arrive early, as recommended by the staff when we made the rez. On arrival, we noted all the empty tables beachside and asked nicely if we could move to one of them. Waitress told this was not possible as they were all booked 3 days prior...

Guess what happened next? Exactly, the guests who arrived 5 minutes after us and had a table next to us were given one of the empty tables on the beach side. Not a good customer...
