Acqua Di Pomodoro — Restaurant in Ferrara

The only reason i gave them one star is because I cannot give them zero and still leave a review. Me and my friends came to Ferrara at about 8pm and were looking for some good pizza. Unfortunately the only actual pizzeria we were able to find was this one. The waiter was nice which was really the only good thing about the place itself. Once we placed our orders (4 margaritas) we had to wait for about 20-25 which would be reasonable if the pizza itself had been delicious. Once we were served we noticed not only that the pizzas were severely burnt but were also dripping and I cannot stress this enough DRIPPING with oil. The base dough was so thin it was practically nonexistent (when you cut it it was actually like cutting slime) while the crust was not only 90% air but it was also so dewy you could shape it. The blunt knives weren’t helping either. None of my friends were able to find an actually good way of eating the pizzas (at some point we were rolling them up like pancakes or burritos). The pizzas themselves were cheap (the margaritas being 5€ each) but they did charge us 2€ for service PER PERSON. Siamo stati in questa pizzaria per caso , direi di passaggio , il locale è molto curato ed accogliente ,direi contemporaneo , il personale è molto ospitale ,gentile ed organizzato , la cucina a vista ed il forno a legna proprio all entrata ,fanno sì che si abbia un buon feeling con il cibo . Il locale si sviluppa su due livelli ,entrambi ampi e spaziosi , alle 21 il locale era praticamente pieno ,segno che ai residenti il posto piace. Le sedie ,alcune scomode altre meno, in base a dove ti siedi.La tavola è ben presentata e colorata . Abbiamo preso la frittura mista ed è piaciuta ,anche alle persone al tavolo con me . Poi è arrivata la pizza, io ho preso la Margherita ,test di ogni pizzeria , il profumo del pomodoro molto prevalente ,buon segno ,la pizza ha il cornicione alto ,viene al tavolo con delle forbici per poter tagliare la pizza ,senza stressare l'impasto ,che risulta essere leggero ed alveolato , segno di buona lievitazione . Mi aspettavo più spinta ,sia per la mozzarella che per la quatto formaggi . Diciamo un gusto molto piatto. La cottura di alcune pizze poi ,ha subito qualche stop di troppo nel forno a legna ,infatti risulta essere non omogenea , guardando gli altri tavoli ho notato che ,non erano tutte così ,quindi un errore ci sta ,ma se il cornicione risulta essere bruciato ,il mio consiglio è di rifare la pizza e di non farla uscire ,spiegando casomai il problema Dell attesa al tavolo , capisco anche che una persona al forno a legna ,con la moltitudine di commensali seduti in attesa in più eventualmente ,l'asporto,possa diventare impegnativo . Il conto? direi ,calcolando che si è nel centro storico di Ferrara , un ottimo compromesso. Se mi sento di consigliarlo ? Ovviamente si , ma...

Do yourself a favor and DON’T COME HERE! Even if it is your last resort… just DON’T COME HERE. This pizza is the worst one i’ve ever had….
