Went for dinner at 7:07pm with my husband. Unfortunately once we arrived, the staff said the restaurant was closed and told us they will open at 7:30pm (BASED ON GOOGLE THEIR HOURS OF OPERATIONS ARE FROM 7:00pm onwards) Yes... we were basically kicked out lol 😂 thank god for UBER!

if I were the owner of the restaurant I will be demanding for all staff to respect hours of operation if they want they salaries to be paid! See, is easy to be an employee but is not easy to be an owner.

And if the hours of operations were at 7:30 pm then just updated it on Google so people don't have to spend $15 euros to go by taxi and another $15 euros to go back to their hotel.

Yes.. $30 euros wasted thanks to this restaurant.

P.s you are in a hotel área so respecting the hour of operation would be very much appreciated.

well, definitely not the Best place to eat... and i mean for any of the kind of food they sell but specifically the mexican one. Never have i ever tasted something so flavourless, the tortilla was wrone in all its meanings and the meat didn't even had salt .. and it was cold. The italian food? No. The calzone had a cheese similar to plastic. how about the onion rings? 6eurs for 5 pieces of onions. the fried jalapeño? well that clearly was NOT a jalapeño. The french fries...over cooked and full of grease basically uneatable. the cheedar cheese was terrible it was like eating a yellow piece of cardboard and the bacon was not fried enough. Prenotiamo: arriviamo e per 10 min. nessuno ci accoglie, pur chiedendo ai vari camerieri. Finalmente seduti, dopo altri abbondanti 10 min. ci procuriamo da soli i menù, posti su un angolo, in quanto abbandonati totalmente. Il locale era abbastanza pieno e la prendiamo con filosofia. Placco letteralmente un cameriere dopo altri 10 min per ordinare: un'insalata e 4 bistecche di cui tre al sangue e una con cottura media. Arriva l'insalata. Cominciandosi a freddare il pollo dell'insalata la ragazza comincia a mangiare. Finisce l'insalata. Arrivano tre delle quattro bistecche, "la quarta sta arrivando mi assicura il povero cameriere". La carne fredda è immangiabile quindi cominciano a mangiare mentre io, in attesa della mia bistecca " in arrivò" e la ragazza, che aveva finito da un pezzo, li guardiamo. Passa del tempo. La mia carne non arriva. Mi alzò perché sempre abbandonato, cerco qualcuno (trovo il proprietario scoprirò poi) e lo faccio presente. Niente. I miei commensali finiscono. Lo faccio ancora presente. Niente. Mi alzo ancora e chiedo che non mi venga più cucinata. Non avevo più fame, ero irratato, dovevo mangiare da solo ed erano le 10,40. Arriva il proprietario abbozzando mezze scuse, mezze, perché si sono sbagliati (ma va??) e che era qusi pronta la mia carne. Ringraziamo, rifiutiamo e alle nostre rimostranze per lo scarsissimo servizio, non si scusava. Arriva quella gran maleducata della figlia da lontano "andata a mangiare da un'altra parte". E ci sparecchia con velocità per mandarci via. Sarà fatto. Se il padre aveva quasi pacatamente chieso scusa, quasi, la figlia mostra il volto dell'arroganza e della maleducazione. Non sanno lavorare. L'errore ci sta. Basta chiedere scusa. Rimane il totale abbandono del tavolo per tutta la serata. Ristorantino che classifico bettola per il trattamento. Evitatelo per mangiare sereni. Anche solo per essere sicuri...
