Food was amazing.
You could taste the freshness of the clams - btw many places, to cook pasta with vongole often use the “conchiglia” rather than vongole veraci (conchiglia has a white shall rather than a colored/brownish:grayish shall) and these vongole were authentic. See the picture.
The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the juice of the vongole made the all experience excellent.
After I realized I was still hungry (the portion was enough I just wanted to try more) I ordered Grilled octopus on a bed of Secre and Olives (the plate was also sprinkled with homemade olive powder, amazing).
The fresh bread was also a great perk of the experience: was infused with black smashed olives and was still hot, as if they have just made it.

Signor Marco took care of us and explained what we were served . We had the tasting manu that was delicious and included quite a lot of great tasting seafood. For the main dishes, we had the "fritto" fried calamari and shrimp a deceptively simple dish that can suffer greatly if the ingredients are not fresh and the taste of frying wins over the taste of the fish . I'm glad to say the "Fritto" was one of the best if not the best . We finished with a wonderful Tiramisu , I love the way the Pavesini was crunchy and had the taste of the fresh coffee . If you are in Rome and wish to enjoy a place near the beach or if you have some friends coming on a flight to Fiumicino, then this place will make a superb dining experience .
