My husband loves pizza and this was probably his favorite gluten-free pizza of our entire trip to Italy! Don’t let the distance from the city center dissuade you. It was a beautiful walk along the river from neat Pitti Palace where we are staying. Plus, the walk helped us feel a little about the extra cookies and treats we ordered for take-away. A quick trip from the center by bus and you will be rewarded with the most amazing gluten free breads, pizzas and pastries. We focused on the croissants, donuts and cream filled pastries - which were undoubtedly some of the best we have sampled anywhere in the world - heaven. Hoping to return to try some of their other brunch/lunch offerings - like pizza, panini and the gorgeous looking breads. Gluten free beer, hot food, sweets and a shop to buy pasta or anything to take back to the airbnb.
