Overpriced and not what I expected after watching the Tucci documentary series. Service was very poor. Not really polite or looking our for our needs. When we tried to make conversation, the personnel was uninterested. Also never a really good explanation about the restaurant/dishes in front of us. No knowledge about the wines at all. Food was very basic, all prepared for mass consumption and only two out of seven dishes were warm. Flavors also really basic, nothing special. The whole experience felt very hurried; we didn’t have time to finish our dishes as they already brought new dishes before we finished our last ones. One time I didn’t even have a bite and they already tried to take the plate away. I guess they had clients coming right after us or something and tried to get rid of our table, but it made the experience rather hurried and not relaxed at all. Read moreAfter watching Tucci in Italy and realizing Florence was on our itinerary, we knew we had to try Cibleo – Tortelli e Ravioli. As a huge fan of Asian cuisine, the idea of an Asian-Tuscan fusion spot in the heart of Florence was too intriguing to pass up.

They had just the right amount of heat and were incredibly well balanced. We also opted to add the bao buns to our course, which were equally fantastic—pillowy soft and packed with flavor.
We were lucky enough to sit at the bar, right in front of the chef, who walked us through each dish as it was prepared. It turned a great meal into a truly memorable experience. Amazing food, thoughtful fusion, and a personal touch—definitely a highlight...
Read moreWe had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant. The lunch course meal exceeded our expectations, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant itself had a beautiful and cozy ambiance.
The meal began with a refreshing gazpacho with horse radish, followed by delicious duck gyoza and Japanese curry. The highlight dish was the duck udon, which was simply outstanding. The chef proudly shared that the noodles are freshly made every day, adding to the authenticity of the experience.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The server was friendly, and we were particularly impressed by the chef's language skills. He effortlessly conversed in fluent English, Italian, and Korean, making our visit to the restaurant truly special.
We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a soul-nourishing...
