Conad City — Local services in Florence

I spent about half an hour in this store today around 8 p.m.

Even before I entered the store, a black man in a uniform with security written on it smiled and asked how he could help me.

I bumped into him several times in the store and each time he smiled and greeted me.

Then he noticed that a customer couldn't find a product he was looking for. He went over to him. He communicated with the customer in the most polite way and showed him the product he was looking for. He also gave very detailed information about the product. When he saw that I was watching this incident, he came up to me and said that the customer might not know where to find something and that he should help him.

I thought to myself what a great employee he was.

When it was my turn at the checkout, I realized that I didn't buy a big bag. I asked the cashier girl how to buy a big bag. She again called out to this black friend of ours. I think she called him Baiam or Bayram. He ran to get a bag and asked if there was anything else he could do.

On my way out of the market, I saw this boy again outside, organizing the small market cars.

At that moment he probably bumped into a friend of his who was delivering a takeaway. While talking to him, I heard him say "Alhamdulillah." At that moment, I became a part of their conversation. Maybe he will remember me from there.

You are very lucky to have such an employee. He does his job with love. He rushes to every job. The more tasks this company assigns to this friend, the more successful for both company and this boy. Good luck to you my “alhamdülillah” friend and ı wish...

All the goods cost more compared to other grocery store. And one thing I've noticed cause I always buy in this store (it's near where I live) is that men staff are actually rude. I know working on a retail can be such a pain in the nuts, but employees should have patience and should be understanding, it just depends on the situation if the customer is already being rude. The girl staff are more pretty chill and kinder. The store isn't big and some of the goods are limited. They sell vegetables, fruits, cooked meals, raw meats and fresh fish and fresh bread. They also have international goods like Asian noodles and condiments. Busy hours is between 11.30-13.00 and 18.00-20.30 before...

Good place for groceries, home supplies, personal care goods, some first aid and also stuffs for pets..... The wine shelf is nice and they have a lot of types, you can choose and get wines from different places but here you get one of the best price :). I love their automatic orange juice machine, easy and convenient for making fresh fruit to boost your vitamin C :). Try it out :). Oh by the way don’t forget the seafood section all the way deep to the inside, they always have fresh seafood :).
