Entoni's Bar Bistrot — Restaurant in Florence

This is by far the best restaurant I've been to in Italy! I can't praise it enough—the service is perfect and excellent! Everything is homemade, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend it. The owner was very welcoming, especially noticing that we were not locals. The combos are extremely affordable for either brunch or dinner, including a coffee, your choice of pasta with your preferred sauce, a salad, and a bottle of water (any size, sparkling or still), all for just 12€. We visited twice, and on Friday, they had a special seafood menu. My absolute favorite dish was the risotto with rose sauce. The portions are very generous. My dad and I were travelling from canada and stopped by. It had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal or catching up with friends. The décor was charming, and the ambiance was relaxed. It's a place where you can sit back, enjoy your food, and have a pleasant conversation.

I arrived late in the afternoon and everything had finished. The owner Entoni suggested a sandwich or schiacciate and it was the best I’ve had in Italy. The bread was one the best I’ve ever had ever.
