Uva Bar — Restaurant in Florence

No longer the same as before. Don't trust any photo other customers posted from more than 3 years ago. This bar has changed a lot after covid. Highest price around the region, no bartenders speak English while built beside the University(I speak Italian but I've seen tourists visiting with difficulty to communicate). 6 euro for 5 vapour steamed ravioli, 4 euro one beer. And don't trust their Chinese food propaganda ads, all hand made was a lie, try real fusion Chinese food restaurants nearby. And they didn't highlight ingredients used in dishes that might cause allergy, nor did they notify frozen products might be included. Locale moderno e accogliente, ben assortito e con buona illuminazione. Potete trovare posto sia dentro che fuori grazie ai tavolini a disposizione all'estero del bar. Ottimo posto per stare in compagnia e studiare, purtroppo chiedo più attenzione nel controllo delle paste e del cibo in generale. L'ultima volta ho preso una pasta vuota ma sulla glassa di zucchero sopra la pasta c'era una zanzara morta, non molto piacevole come visione. Arriviamo al bar verso le 9:30 entriamo e il bar si presenta deserto, chiamiamo ma non arriva nessuno, dopo almeno 5 minuti finalmente si palesa il barista che non riesce neanche a tenere a mente un cappuccio, due succhi e una brioche. Terminato di servirci sparisce nuovamente fino al cliente successivo e stessa scena. Infine si mette le cuffie e mentre paghiamo conversa allegramente con un suo amico al telefono.
