Agribistrò — Restaurant in Foligno

Restaurant located in the historical center of Foligno. The food was very tasty, the ingredients are selected with care. I ordered strangozzi (pasta) with meat and cherry tomatoes and as dessert some tozzetti (biscuits) with the delicate "Passito" red wine. All these are products of the region, therefore you will have a full local culinary experience.

The waiter was kind, the service was fast and efficient. Prices are a bit above the average, but overall honest for the quality and quantity of food that you get. The place is nice with some beautiful pieces...

Una prima esperienza inaspettata. Prenotato nel pomeriggio di venerdì per la sera per 3 persone. Locale molto accogliente e dall'atmosfera calda e famigliare, con personale altamente qualificato, competente e alla mano. In pieno centro a Foligno, a pochi passi dal Corso principale. Cibo di una qualità eccelsa. Abbiamo ordinato una selezione di formaggi e salumi di produzione propria che da solo vale la visita all'AgriBistro, proseguito con 2 primi, 1 secondo, 1 contorno (1 spaghettone con guanciale croccante e pistacchi assolutamente fantastico, 1 gnocco di produzione propria con zafferano e tartufo da leccarsi o baffi, 1 agnello alla griglia con un sapore unico, 1 insalata mista) il tutto con porzioni generose. Fine pasto con 3 dolci, consigliatissimi i cannoli siciliani con ricotta di produzione propria...a dir poco da leccarsi i baffi. Il tutto accompagnato da un'ottima bottiglia di vino rosso da 30 euro e 1 acqua naturale. Il tutto per 120 euro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente...
