Re del Caffe — Restaurant in Forio

Pessima esperienza qualità Zero e servizio è cortesia del personale meno di Zero. Eravamo li questo agosto, dopo aver cenato in un ristorantino a Forio abbiamo deciso di fare una passeggiata e bere qualcosa , non l'avessimo mai fatto. Il cameriere secondo me per niente professionale sbaglia per diverse volte l'ordinazione ma questo è il male minore. Ogni volta che lo si chiamava per ordinare qualcosa o per fargli presente che aveva sbagliato l ordine, rispondeva in modo estremamente scortese sbuffando e alzando gli occhi al cielo . Fino alla fine quando dopo avergli ordinato diverse cose e non avendo nemmeno speso poco visto che è anche uno dei più cari li in zona .gli chiediamo dell'acqua e inizia su con una polemica che non vi dico , fino alla frase che ha davvero fatto traboccare il vaso. Io l'acqua se non mi và non ve la porto neanche. Punto uno tu sei un locale pubblico ed io se ti chiedo una cosa (ovviamente pagando) tu me la porti... altra cosa si è anche spacciato per il figlio del proprietario cosa non vera dato che dopo un attimo è arrivata la figlia del proprietario facendo le sue scuse e confermando il fatto che lui non era nessuno li dentro. Insomma pessima esperienza su ogni fronte . Adesso capiamo perché tutti i locali erano strapieni e questo era vuoto. Sconsigliato...

Very nice place, cosy, somehow not that many tourists in that street, good Limone sorbet and Limoncello Spritz. Great Zingara, fresh, cheap, quality bread and ham, to take away with you at the beach and avoid the rush of touristy restaurants.

Come back around 4pm to experience the dolce afternoon of the town even during the high season. Be polite and smiling and you might get some free aperitivo and mini-bruschetta on your...

Today I stopped by the café to charge my phone and thought an ice cream would be a win–win. Candida was incredibly helpful—not only with the phone, but also when I asked to refill my water bottle.
