Cantina Bucciarelli — Restaurant in Frascati

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The food was served cold and of poor quality, and the house wine tasted like vinegar. Additionally, I was surprised when the waitress declined my request to charge my phone, as this has never happened to me before at a restaurant. Also despite plenty of available seating, the waitress moved another table directly in front of me, completely blocking my view. This was particularly frustrating since there were many other places the patrons could have been seated instead of 2 feet directly in front of me, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere. Furthermore, bread was served to every table except mine. After bringing my food, the waitress never returned to check on how the food was and when I was paying, she didn’t even look me in the eye. Overall, considering the high price and overall experience, I don't believe it offers good value compared to the neighboring...

Quando leggo le recensioni negative altrui, a volte mi chiedo questa gente da quale pianeta venga… Salvo che non gli sia successo davvero chissà che. Vivo a Roma da 6 anni… e devo dire che è stato uno dei miei pranzi migliori fuori casa. Sono una persona estremamente esigente… perché se pago, esigo mangiare bene! Durante una gita fuori porta, passandoci davanti, abbiamo preferito prenotare per il pranzo. Alle 13.30 ci fanno accomodare. Prendiamo gli antipasti e 2 primi. La loro famosa polpetta di coda alla vaccinara e una porzione di porchetta. La polpetta a parte essere di una circonferenza assai generosa, presentava una panatura croccante al punto giusto. All’interno un cuore di spezzatino (coda alla vaccinara), caldo e tenerissimo! Come facevano le nonne di paese un tempo… cottura non meno di 3 ore a fuoco basso!! Praticamente burro!! La porchetta, la migliore mangiata in 6 anni!! Sulla gricia nulla da ridire, perfetta!! Sulla carbonara… ottima, ma a mio gusto personale e’ meglio il tonnarello che la mezza manica. Vino ottimo… non ricordo il nome, ma mi fu consigliato dal figlio del titolare. Il ristorante presenta uno stile tra la cantina e l’osteria… carino, minimal e accogliente. Hanno tavoli fuori e dentro. Bagni ok. Personale cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta o domanda del cliente. Servizio nella norma, con tempi di attesa congrui alla preparazione. Un caro saluto al figlio del titolare(gentilissimo), dalla ragazza che faceva la scarpetta(ti spezzo la manina se mi togli il piatto 😂😂🩷)! ps: in fine… a coloro che dicono pasta scotta e fredda e vino che da di aceto… cari, col cuore vi rispondo, andatevene al Mc’Donalds o a mangiare la pasta con la panna/crema, che solo quello potete...

We were there last Saturday, we were in 2 and we took 2 main dishes, "tonnarelli cacio e pepe" and "carbonara", an appetizer "allesso" and a bottle of mineral water. All served outdoors in front of restaraunt, even if the location is not so good the view of the landscape is pretty nice. About the food I would give two stars for "tonnarelli", 3 stars for "carbonara" and 4 stars for the "allesso". We paid € 45, considering what we ate and the spartan location ispirantion more "fraschetta" then restaurant I think is not so worth...
