If you visit Frascati this for sure is one of the best restaurants one can dine. The food is absolutely excellent and the type of dishes are pretty different from what the other local places offer. The staff is very friendly in a very typical roman way. The wine list offers a great choice of wines from Frascati.Further, the restaurant offers great views on city of Rome. To sum up, great experience. Strongly recommended.

The service and food provided at Belvedere 1933 was excellent, perhaps the best dining experience I have ever had. We enjoyed a very nice Taglialone (sp?) with Truffle and Gnocchi. The server was very knowledgable and suggest a refreshing Frascati wine that was delicious. We hope to return here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. Be sure to ask for the English menu.

Premesso che il giudizio è soggettivo e dovrebbe esprimere solo sensazioni personali, per la prima volta sono stato a pranzo al ristorante Belvedere e le aspettative non sono state confermate. Pranzare sulla pedana in una giornata dal clima clemente è piacevole, meno piacevole è il passaggio delle persone che percorrono la strada. Il menù molto rivisitato rispetto al classico e quindi o si ama o si accetta ed io ho accettato. Salto gli antipasti anche se i fiori di zucca avvolti nel bacon croccante con ripieno di ricotta sono un accostamento azzardato. I primi, tolti i classici romani nella media, con un plausu ai tortelli di scottona mentre gli spaghettoni alla carbonara con tartufo li considero dei discreti spaghetti alla carbonara in quanto il tartufo non si è sentito. I secondi accontentano un po' tutti i gusti ma il filetto all'aceto balsamico che avevo chiesto non andava d'accordo con il coltello ed anche con la masticazione ha avuto problemi in quanto non tenero come del filetto di manzo dovrebbe essere. Il personale gentile e discreto. Il prezzo giusto. Tenterò di nuovo magari non di domenica.

We enjoyed a memorable experience at Belvedere restaurant. The traditional food was delicious; my cacio e pepe had a sumptious twist with lime and mint. The vista with the sunset made for a "perfetto" evening of enchantment in beautiful Frascati. We met Alain and he is a charm.
