Barrakuda Genova — Restaurant in Genoa

Never wanted to get home to my phone and leave a message so quickly. I gave one star for the builders who have redone this old shop. Previous restaurant was so amazing and did so well that now have moved one floor up to a bigger space and as busy as ever. However, today I had the worst customer service and poor quality fritto. The guy at the cashier agreed to give half calamari and half acciughe but the woman gave me a cone of fritto misto and when I said I don't want fritto misto and did not order , she told the guy not possible and refused to change the cone or just offer me just calamari. Secondly , the fritto was already wet and was not freshly fried and cold. The base of the come was all broken pieces of fried dough. The order came in less than a minute which was clear it was not a fresh batch and was just sitting around. If you are a tourist don't waist your money here, definitely at a sit down restaurant you will get much more amazing fritto and service than this new place. There is nothing better to enjoy the magic of Boccadasse, especially on a sunny winter day than by venturing out to a picnic on the beach with a crispy squid cone from this small establishment. POSTO INCANTEVOLE! Un motivo in più per andare a boccadasse!

CIBO: abbiamo provato il fritto di calamari e il panino Prà , tutto molto buono ! Ho il sospetto che nel panino il pesto fosse artigianale data la nota amara che ogni tanto si sentiva, sicuro non quello di Prà XD ( Rimane una nota di merito ma ci darei maggior occhio in futuro ) Un consiglio se permettete, date qualche fettina di limone in più se è gradita !

PREZZO: giusto ! Sei comunque a boccadasse , paghi la posizione ma non ti pesa data la bontà del cibo e l'accoglienza ! I panini partono da 9€ , poi hanno fritto da 10€ e insalate.

LOCATIONE E SERVIZIO: inizierei a parlare del servizio, per essere sabato pranzo sono stati rapidi e gentili ,sempre col sorriso , mi viene il dubbio 🤔 saranno genovesi ?XD ad ogni modo servizio gradito e impeccabile . Il locale dentro è molto carino, arredo pensato in onore del posto . Strutturato stile fast food , un top fast food direi !
