Locale sporco, la signora dietro il banco molto maleducata e molto lenta. Mio figlio, evidentemente disabile grave, era in crisi ipoglicemia. Aspettiamo venti minuti mentre la suddetta signora cerca di portare a termine la preparazione di un cappuccino, con molta difficoltà. Intanto la gente in attesa aumenta. Le chiediamo con molta gentilezza se per favore può darci una bustina di zucchero o un pezzettino di focaccia mentre aspettiamo pazientemente, ci risponde sgarbatamente di aspettare il nostro turno. Peccato che sarebbe il nostro turno e che mio figlio è accasciato sulla sedia. Solleviamo il nostro ragazzo disabile e ce ne andiamo in un esercizio contiguo, dove capiscono immediatamente la sotuazione e si prodigano per aiutarci.
