We had the best lunch here. It was a great change from the traditional Italian meals during our vacation. The food tasted authentic with homemade pita and well seasoned chicken. i love this place!!! i come here relatovely often. very tasty food, filling and for super fair prices. the place can be pretty packed, but they manage. service can be a little slow when there's many people, but it's always worth the wait.

Ho alloggiato in via Balbi per circa una settimana, ed ero entusiasta di avere vicino l'albergo in ristorante Greco. Così la prima sera sono andato a prendere un Gyros da asporto da assaporare in albergo. Avevo grandi aspettative ma sono state tradite. Carne all'interno poco cotta e senza sapore, come lo stesso tzatziki, la pita fredda e insipida. Non so che dire perché ho notato che almeno il proprietario fosse Greco. Io viaggio molto, e anche a Tokyo se trovi una pizzeria gestita da italiani, la pizza la mangi buona come in Italia, anzi a volte anche meglio. Non voglio pensare che ci sia mala fede da parte del titolare, forse difficoltà a trovare le materie prime greche. Sarò abituato male io che, essendo di Lecce, mangio nei ristoranti greci che ogni settimana vengono riforniti dalla madrepatria. In effetti non trovo differenza tra un gyros di Lecce e uno di Corfù quando vado ogni estate. Mi dispiace molto lasciare un commento negativo, però ci sono state troppe mancanze in una pietanza greca come il gyros che per me e per i greci è SACRA. Mortificarla così proprio non va bene.
