E Prie de Mä — Restaurant in Genoa

We had a great experience at E Prie de Mä! ⭐️ At first, we thought the restaurant was full, but then we noticed one free table and decided to stay — and we’re so glad we did. Later, we realized the place is actually much bigger than it looks from the outside, with two or maybe even more floors 🏠🍽️.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning 😊. They even helped us with a couple of things that had nothing to do with the restaurant itself — truly going above and beyond 🙌.

The food was excellent 🍕! We had pizza, and it was delicious — not too oily or heavy, just really well made. Great taste, nice presentation, and good beer too! 🍺👌

Coming from Switzerland, we found the prices very reasonable — much lower than what we’re used to 🇨🇭💶. All in all, we were very happy and satisfied 😄. If we have the chance, we’ll definitely stop by again before we leave Italy 🇮🇹. Highly recommended — five stars from...

-I ordered Tomaten Pasta with prawn. My Pasta very hard like not yet cook. Hard Pasta in Italy🤷‍♀️ I told the waiter but he looks like don’t care and busy talking all time with his Boss or his friends instead taking care the Guests. he did not even try to solve my problem. He just said.. this kind of Pasta must be hard🤷‍♀️ Come on !! I know how to cook Pasta. I was so hungry, at the end just eat the prawns and my Salat. They didn’t even gave me Olive oil and Balsamico for my Salad. They served me dry Salad without sauce and I must take my self the olive oil at the corner.

Ho portato la mia famiglia in questo ristorante pochi giorni fa. Mio figlio di 8 anni ha preso un piatto di cozze alla marinara, e subito dopo averne mangiata una ha detto che aveva un cattivo sapore. Ho assaggiato anche io una cozza e era ripiena di un liquido marrone con un forte sapore di feci. Ho sputato tutto e avvertito il servizio. La cameriera è stata molto disponibile e mi ha tolto il piatto dicendo che era già accaduto qualche giorno prima. Anche altre persone sono venute a sincerarsi della situazione volendomi anche portare la fattura di acquisto per dimostrare la freschezza del prodotto. Fino a questo punto per me il comportamento è stato giusto e rispettoso. Non mi è affatto piaciuto invece che in cassa mi hanno fatto scontrino con uno sconto del 10% ( 10,55€ di sconto) ma poi mi hanno fatto pagare il piatto di cozze 16€!! Sono dovuto rientrare e farmi dare la differenza. Alla fine mi hanno dato 5€ in contanti. PECCATO ... VERAMENTE PECCATO!!!! ma scusate, c' è stato un problema, avete provato a voce a risolverlo, poi mi fate pagare il piatto di cozze che sapevano di cacca??? Un comportamento serio avrebbe tolto il piatto di cozze dal conto ( e quello era il minimo!!!) ma avrebbe fatto il 10% di sconto come scusante! Così avrebbero fatto una bella figura e recuperato ad un errore. Invece nulla, sono dovuto rientrare a prendere 5€ per avere almeno le cozze non pagate. Dai, si può fare di meglio. AGGIUNTA ALLA MIA RECENSIONE DOPO RISPOSTA DEL RISTORANTE:

Allego Vostro scontrino dove il piatto di cozze è invece stato conteggiato, probabilmente le facevano, invece, gola 5€ in più. Far passare me per un " pallonaro" non mi va assolutamente bene. Poi ,gentilissimi, dirmi che conosco il sapore delle feci perché le ho assaggiate, è una Vostra caduta di stile non mia! Ma come si permette? Dopo che avete ammesso anche voi il forte odore proprio di cacca!!! Era qualcosa nelle cozze e avreste fatto meglio a scusarvi anche ora invece di aggiungere questa cretinata. Il forte odore si sentiva ( ed era proprio di cacca) e ho avuto anche la sfortuna di assaggiarla da voi. Avevo dato due stelle ma siete riusciti anche a perderne una ora per la.maleducazione...
