La Focacceria di Teobaldo Genova — Restaurant in Genoa

Normal pricing. Freshly made. I came by in the morning and the place was filled with smoke because of all the fresh focaccia being made constantly. Flavorful, soft, delicious, fresh and hot when given to you. Many places serve cold focaccia in the morning… probably not fresh.

Got the plain and onion. Compared to other places, this place will satisfy you. Tried many other touristy spots and they’re not even fresh.

As soon as we walked in, we were clocked as tourists by a tall skinny lady with excellent English. We were overcharged for 2 focaccias and a bottle of still water for 7 euros! No receipt given for the very 1st time in Genoa. The focaccia were good but, was it necessary to rip us off? I guess one is safe if one's a student or a local. I would not...

Do 4 stelle in prima battuta perché questa focacceria emette lo scontrino! E si, a differenza delle altre focaccerie che si dimenticano di farti lo scontrino qui trovi un gestore onesto. Inoltre possiamo dire che è relativamente affabile e cordiale rispetto allo standard degli altri gestori! Le varie focacce le ho trovate buone (anche se particolarmente cariche di olio). Perché non do 5 stelle?? Perché secondo il mio parere chiude troppo presto. Alle 19 ma già dalle 17 e 30 il locale è praticamente senza merce da vendere! Ed è un vero peccato. È circondato da alberghi e una focaccerie che rimane aperta, che so, fino alle 21 ad esempio potrebbe intercettare una grande mole di clienti.
