Pizzeria la superba — Restaurant in Genoa

Easily one of the best places in town.

It's a typical, authentic pizza place, with great prices, very friendly staff and it seems to be popular with the locals.

The location is amazing, it's in the city center, in a little side street.

We were a group of 8 and the staff were very helpful and put two tables together for us.

They basically only sell pizzas (and some deserts, etc.) but the quality is just impeccable. Not too thin, not too thick, baked properly and all in all really tasty. They have any variety you could think of, from classic pizzas, to new ones and to ones which they came up with.

It stands in stark contrast to all the terrible, overpriced tourist-traps around here.

Honestly, you couldn't wish for a better...

Pizza is decent for the price. The staff is horrible, they are super super slow, and it looks like they have no joy when working. Another trick they are doing, is that they are charging 0.5 eur per table, if you choose to eat outside. It's the first time I'm seeing this kind of practice in the food industry, and it's a sure way to loose clients during the warmer...

Great sized pizza's with quality ingredients. The price is also very good.

We stopped by for a quick lunch and were really surprised by how good everything was.

The poor waitress was run off her feet, but she said that was normal and she works solo.
