“Your answer only confirmed to everyone reading it that professionalism and respect for customers are exactly what your restaurant is missing. The food was fine, I never criticized it. The real problem was the behavior of the waiter/manager and the poor level of service. Your reply disappointed me even more – it seems like you either did not properly read my review or did not understand it at all. Instead of a professional response and a simple apology, you chose to twist the facts, lie, and blame the customer. The fact that you write about ‘too many guests’ or ‘bad weather’ is not the guests’ fault – on the contrary, this excuse only highlights your unprofessionalism. In reality, the restaurant was not full that evening and the weather was not bad, but that is beside the point. Handling a full dining room is a basic requirement for any restaurant, and bad weather is nothing unusual that could justify poor service. A guest should never feel like they are the problem. A restaurant that does not respect its guests and cannot admit a mistake does not deserve trust.”
We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The waiter, who is also the manager, behaved arrogantly and disrespectfully towards my wife. Instead of showing professionalism, he responded with contempt and unwillingness. When I confronted him, I expected at least a simple apology, but he repeatedly insisted that he had nothing to apologize for. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shameful, especially from a manager.
The service itself was also far below the expected standard. We were there with our children and friends – and instead of allowing us to enjoy a proper dinner together, some guests were served soup together with their main course at the same time. Our own main course then arrived half an hour later, which completely disrupted the dining experience and spoiled the atmosphere at the table.
Although we paid the bill in full, we left with the strong feeling that this restaurant does not value its guests. We felt deeply offended and disappointed, and it completely ruined our evening. The overall level of service is far below expectations. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant until there is a fundamental change in attitude towards guests and in the quality of...
Read moreI have never in my life experienced worse staff attitude. Everyone ignored us for the whole time given the prices for food it’s just funny. The behaved like they are somehow entitled to something - rude, ignorant and when I tried to complain they just walked away. I cannot express enough how disappointed I feel along with my mum and dad who come here every year and now feel absolutely stupid and embarrassed sitting and being treated like this by the personnel of this restaurant. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Even good food and nice setting is NOT worth it.
Just on top of the review above - the manager (I assume) came to us and instead of apologizing said we might as well go eat in McDonalds because of our bad review....
Read moreOK. Mal ganz ehrlich. Wie immer. Ich hätte fast 4 Punkte vergeben. Warum? Das Essen grenzt an Michelin. Die Lage ist optimal. Romantisch. Sauber, modern, gepflegt.
Kein Chaos, keine Unfreundlichkeit, keine Probleme. Also?
Wer billig will, kann in D Burger essen. Gut Essen kann...
