Very bad experience. I don’t recommend to any one. Please run away!! We were 4 of us, we took a table outside. In the meantime we went to the toilet. The waitress was looking at us so unfriendly and strange. We ordered spaghetti a vongole, but the pasta was less than 100g and of course overpriced. Not only, but the vongole were bad, not fresh, please see the picture. I told this to the waitress and she just told me “ ok” leafing on my face- neither apologies. The coperto 3 euros per person. The worse experience in my life. Run away!!! Don’t approach neither this restaurant. Neither a discount for the bad food, neither an apologies…

I cannot reply to your comment directly. All the vongole were on the plate. I didn’t eat it. Actually, I was scared after eating the pasta. I eat first the pasta and after I wanted to eat the vongole. I cleaned it first. Of course I didn’t eat them, they were very bad, not fresh. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay, I say I don’t want tot pay the vongole because I sent it back, they were bad. You wanted to charge me more than I had to pay, you were so impolite, not us. The gnocchi were good, salad and eggplant- good. Salad arrived with no vinegar and a skimpy bottle of olive oil. So I had to ask for some. The pasta gamberi was lacking and flavorless. Overall, We thought the prices were high for the quality. But the worst part was the service. We could not finish the gnocchi. My daughter asked for a box to take it with us. The waitress said”we dont have a box. I said “do you have a paper cup?”, and she said No! we dont do this here.”

By then, my daughter was totally angry and said “ well, let me show you how if is done….” And she proceeded to pour the remainder of the gnocchi into a large paper napkin and wrapped it up! We walked out with our Gnocchi and a sense of satisfaction. I have never heard of a restaurant not allowing a customer to take what they had paid for.

We were really insulted and want you to know that the quality of the food was average but the quality of the service was terrible!

Ho dimezzato il mio giudizio perché credo che facciano un po' i furbi.... Ai clienti stranieri comunicano ancora prima di farli accomodare che hanno un problema al WiFi e quindi accettano pagamenti only cash, per i clienti italiani questa comunicazione è scritta ben in evidenza sui menu.... Se è vero che a pensar male si commette peccato ma difficilmente si sbaglia, verrebbe da dire che visto che non rilasciano scontrino fiscale non accettare pagamenti elettronici gli permetto di chiudere incasso serale un po' come gli pare e quindi i dati che sono obbligati a trasmettere all'agenzia delle entrate ogni sera con la chiusura del registro elettronico obbligatorio sono sicuramente sfalsati..... Detto questo, il posto è carino, il servizio sufficiente ma non all'altezza dei 2 euro di coperto a testa bambini compresi! I prezzi sono medio alti il menù vorrebbe essere ricercato e innovativo, mancano scelte semplici o studiare per i bambini. 2 acque naturali 0 75, un calice di vino 3 primi e un antipasto euro 86 buono ma un po' caro.

Gentile signore io nella pseudo ricevuta che mi ha dato leggo 4 coperto lei no? Poi giusto per info con qualunque telefono può effettuare il servizio di tethering hotspot per fornire WiFi a qualsiasi dispositivo voglia collegare, io nella mia recensione ho usato condizionale poiché non avevo certezza alcuna, l'eleganza della sua risposta si commenta da sola! Buona stagione a lei che è un professionista. Ps la ricevuta viene consegnata al cliente non trattenuta dal ristoratore saluti.

Avevo dato 2 stelle perché abbiamo mangiato bene. Ma le risposte alla recensione sono state eccessivamente sgarbate e arroganti. Se il signore ha ragione e il coperto è stato pagato per 2, 4 euro a testa anche se segnato per 4 persone allora è bene specificare che il coperto (che equivale al servizio) non è all'altezza dei 4 euro; la tavola è apparecchiata con tovagliette di carta, il pane una volta terminato viene rifornito solo se richiesto e abbiamo ordinato un calice di vino che è stato portato dopo 2 sollecitazioni prima al tavolo sbagliato e poi finalmente a destinazione. Se leggerete le altre recensioni, ovviamente non quelle ottime, noterete che quasi tutte hanno in comune l'apprezzamento ai modi del titolare a cui consigli un bagno d'umiltà perché non è cannavacciuolo e la bellezza dell'isola non può essere sempre sufficiente. SCONSIGLIATO.

Delle 2 versioni 1 è quella giusta o i bambini hanno pagato coperto e quindi il servizio è 2 euro a testa o loro non sono stati conteggiati e il servizio è 4 ad adulto. Scelga una versione. Ad ogni risposta cambia. Peccato che i clienti non possa sceglierli però può scrivere sul menù prendo male le critiche....

Questa volta devo darle ragione, nel mio soggiorno ad Ischia non è stato unico maleducato in cui mi sono imbattuta! però non è vero che lascio solo recensioni negative dovrebbe leggerle tutte prima di sentenziare! Vero anche che ho corretto il costo del suo coperto che per me resta un mistero è 4 euro a persona e quindi l'ho pagato solo per adulti o è 2 euro a persona e quindi lo hanno pagato anche i bambini? ha risolto con la linea telefonica e accetta i pagamenti elettronici?
