I must disagree with another review that said they didn't feel welcome as non-locals. The food was delicious, and every employee greeted us with a smile and was patient with our poor Italian—our server did speak some English and gave us great recommendations for what to eat. All the dishes were great, but especially the seafood (fried anchovies & spaghetti di mare).

2024 review: this place used to be cocogelo and I've been over 50 times. It's always been one of the best restaurants on the island. I must say this time it was a total disappointment. The food was tasteless and the server did not listen to instructions. When specified one of the people at the table wanted a dish with no fish head.... he says ok I got something for you. And brings out 3 fishes on a plate with heads.
