Ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo locale in centro città io la mia compagna e i nostri rispettivi figlioli sabato pomeriggio prima della partita SPEZIA REGGIANA ....locale nuovo format interessantissimo sullo stile del famosissimo "VINAIO DI FIRENZE" ma a mio parere decisamente superiore sia a livello qualitativo delle materie prime sia sulla rapidità del servizio ma anche sull equilibrio dei prodotti che farciscono le focacce e direi anche sui prezzi....abbiamo assaggiato le focacce sia normali che integrali e le abbiamo trovate fragranti e leggere come impasto e all interno ingredienti di altissima qualità e ben ricercati....essendo in commercio sono felice che nella mia città ci siano ancora "giovani" con belle idee così avvincenti......penso che a breve questo locale spopolerà e non sarà di certo per la mia recensione ma chi lo prova sicuramente lo riprova !!!....dimenticavo cosa non da poco ai Tifosi dello SPEZIA è stato riservato anche uno sconto del 15 % preparata....Complimenti si vede chi ha voglia veramente di...

One of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted! Generous amount of savory meats and creamy cheese perfectly complement the crunchy foccacia bread. We tried the Italiano, Trentino, MSP, and Amatrice and each one was delicious. Also, very kind owner and staff. We will prioritize eating here again...
