I asked the worker, that is they could heat my daughters food, they said they could. When I showed them the food they said no. Which I understand due to Americans strict policy. But I have to say that the supervisor/manager on duty on the 18th March around 17:00/17:30 was extremely rude. Worst customer service coming from an American company. In stead of apologizing he got in to arguments with my husband, and even threatened us calling the police for that stupidity. I asked to put a reclamation he said I couldn’t, and I asked for hes name, and he said he wouldn’t give it to me, that why don’t I give him my name. What kind of an answer coming from an MOD is that? Fangen wir an mit dem Essen, unsere Nuggets waren zu lange in der Frisöse und fast schwarz. Das restliche Essen war mittelmäßig McDonald’s Qualität. Morgens gibt es keinen Kaffee!! Wenn man sich beim WLAN anmelden möchte, geht das nur sehr schwierig, weil man muss sich mit einem Sozialen Netzwerk oder per sms anmelden. SMS geht als Person ohne italienisch Nummer nicht, weil man keine Länder Vorwahl eingeben kann. Bei den sozialen Netzwerken kommt bei Twitter und Instagram eine Fehlermeldung, auch die anderen haben bei mir nicht funktioniert, ich musste mir am Ende einen Facebook Account erstellen um das WLAN zu benutzten, das ist zudem auch noch langsam. Die Servicegeschwindigkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, wir haben fast eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet, es war zwar eine etwas größere Bestellung, aber trotzdem zu lange. Aufgeräumt war es auch nicht Müll und Geschirr stand sehr lange auf den Tischen. Kommen wir zu den Toilette, es gibt drei Toiletten zwei Unisex- und eine Behindertentoilette, eine Unisextoilette war dauerhaft geschlossen, die Behindertentoilette war vollgekotzt und der Boden war mit Klopapier bedeckt, im Waschbecken lag eine Bierdose und die Seife war leer.
