Disappointing Experience - Friendly Staff, But Room for Improvement
I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall experience was disappointing. The food was okay but needs a lot of work. The pizza was average, the burger was below average, and the fries were soggy, which was quite disappointing.

First, the meat was wonderfully favored, but the rest of the sandwich was seriously messed up. They took a really good bun and turned it into overcooked panini piece of concrete. The hamburger showed up raw, so when I asked them to cook it more they obviously just put the whole plate into the microwave - ruining the once crisp fries, drying out my lettece and tomatoes, and making the already destroyed bun even more brick like. No Murphy's beer as advertised, but Guinness. Almost...
