We had an unforgettable dinner here and cannot recommend it highly enough. I ordered the Pol Pork—a creative and absolutely divine combination of skewered octopus and charcoal-roasted suckling pig, served with a chimichurri sauce that tied everything together perfectly. It was, without exaggeration, the best dish I’ve ever had.
My husband ordered the fresh pacchero pasta with mussels and citrus scent, and it was equally impressive. Rather than the usual 8–10 mussels in the shell, the pasta was generously stuffed with mussels—more seafood than pasta in the best possible way. Every bite was rich, fresh, and packed with flavor.
Matteo, our server, was exceptional—attentive, professional, and warm. The bartender (a woman whose name we sadly didn’t catch) mixed a perfect vodka martini—just what I needed after a long stretch of wine tasting. And the chef? Absolute genius. Every dish was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully presented.
