Ristorante Pizzeria "Arco" — Restaurant in Lazise

I don’t know how they got 4,3 stars on here, but I was very disappointed with the food and the service. My dad and I ordered a grilled cuttlefish and my sister and my mum ordered tortellini. The cuttlefish was covered in breadcrumbs (what I never saw before) and it was disgusting. It just tasted like nothing and the breadcrumbs didn’t match the cuttlefish at all. The tortellini my mum said tasted like from the store, absolutely nothing special. The service was pretty bad too. We waited pretty long for the food, some of the waiter’s were pretty unfriendly. There is nothing more to say. I will never go there again and I would never recommend this...

Premesso che veniamo a mangiare in questo ristorante, tutte le volte che veniamo in vacanza, da ormai 4 anni ora possiamo dire con certezza che non succederà più. A differenza degli altri anni non abbiamo voluto prendere pizza o fritto ma una “carbonara” e una “parmigiana”… mai fu errore più grande. la carbonara era pasta con un kg di grana e due pezzetti di pancetta però vabbè che gli vuoi dire? almeno la parmigiana sarà buonissima dato che stiamo parlando di un ristorante che offre cucina siciliana. Niente più errato anche di questo. In questo ristorante per parmigiana viene inteso un piatto con 4 fette impilate di melanzane bollite (poco ma sicuro non erano fritte) e un cucchiaio di salsa di pomodoro. Non ancora sazie chiediamo una pizza margherita diviso due ed esponiamo i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato ad una delle cameriere, la quale si scusa e prende la comanda della pizza. Dopo neanche due minuti la cameriera torna dicendoci che, dopo aver riportato le nostre lamentele in cucina, si rifiutano di farci la pizza in quanto, non essendoci piaciuti i primi piatti non ci sarebbe piaciuta nemmeno quella e che ci offrono la cena per l’inconveniente (in tutto questo nessuna traccia della titolare/cuoca non so bene cosa sia). Mentre ci alziamo esce appunto la titolare/cuoca e con fare molto maleducato e aggressivo spintona la sedia da cui mi ero appena alzata dicendo “ecco brava, se ne vada e non torni più che é meglio”. Detto questo non credo che io possa aggiungere altro e ora mi rivolgo direttamente al ristorante… sappiate che non importa se i toni o le lamentele del cliente non vi vanno giù o vi sembrano eccessive, errate o addirittura insensate, voi state parlando con un cliente e non con un vostro amico quindi la titolare deve essere la prima a metterci la faccia e non di certo borbottare tra se e se mentre il cliente in questione se ne va… ho passato molti anni in un ristorante e so come vanno affrontate lamentele, non di certo come ha fatto...

First I needed to talk to the waiter twice to get a seat, the first time i asked, he didn't even care too much that I was interested in a table. I should have turned around after.

The server didn't even talk to me while smashing the bill on the table. When I told her, that I wanted to pay with card, she rolled her eyes and made her way without a word to get the card device...

This attitude was very unfriendly and should not happen in a catering business. If you do not like tourists, get another job.
