Miralago bar e ristorante — Restaurant in Lazise

I visited this restaurant with my elderly mother. There was one waiter who was extremely rude from the outset, we stayed for the location. Upon requesting the bill the waiter leaned across me in an intimidating manner, I stood up to leave and the waiter asked why, I explained and he started to shout and scream obscenities at both myself and my mother. We walked away. He followed us, I started to video the incident at which point he reached out and physically grabbed my arm causing me to drop my phone. There were other guests in the restaurant at this time. I have photos and video to back this up. I was visibly distressed and shaking violently. At this point the chefs of the restaurant reached out and comforted me with the manager there. The chef’s were amazing and I want to say a big thank you to them. BUT if you are solo ladies do not go here. I have tried to reach out to the restaurant to follow up on this incident but cannot locate any contact information. Being physically and verbally assaulted by anyone is not ok, especially a waiter in a service...

If you are looking for a nice Italian restaurant, this is not the place. I was served a calzone that I sliced at the middle to try it, since I cut in to it the smell hit me, but then I decided to taste the bacon and it was rotten, when I placed a light to look at the meat it looked gray. I called the waiter and explained the food tasted rotten I showed him the piece I had spitted out. I asked him not to bring anything else, he decided that I was going to pay for the food I didn’t eat, cause it was rotten, he said I should have ordered something else (from the decaying menu? No thanks!)....

It was so hot, so we just stopped by to have drinks & some snacks & this place Miralago was right in front of us.

They gave us free snacks like potato chips etc.

Helpful staff.

Ordered this huge tiramisu dessert w/ gelato & some other stuff in it (i don’t know the exact name of the desert nor what the bits on the dessert was).

Tasted great but as i almost finished the dessert (~67% done), it became extremely sweet i couldn’t finish it.

Quick service.

Not really authentic & sort of a tourist trap as you can tell they were blasting...
