Pizzeria Ristorante Al Rustico — Restaurant in Lazise

After a long search for affordable and authentic italian food in Lazise, we found this little restaurant a few metres away from Lake Garda. It seems pretty small from the outside but it has a beautiful "Innengarten" when you walk through the restaurant, where you can sit outside and enjoy your food without hundreds of people walking past you.

The food was absolutely delicious and probably my favorite meal I had here in Italy since arriving here. It's not as expensive as the food from the other reastaurants, but just as good, if not even better.

The special I ordered was not very special...there were 2 thin slices of pomidoro tomato, which was one of the main ingredients. Pizza was ok. Wine overpriced compared to other resaurants. It's on the side of the central city so it's not that crowded and not as many people walk by as at the restaurants at the big plaza for example. The service was fine.
