We walked in to order two beers and two pasta dishes. When the lasagna arrived, it was ice cold. We politely sent it back, only to have the exact same plate microwaved and returned to us — still cold on top. It was clear they were using frozen products and cutting every possible corner.

On the third attempt, they scooped the same lasagna into a new bowl and tried reheating it again. Same lasagna, same problems. At this point, we declined the dish entirely and decided to finish our other pasta dish, which was passable but nothing special.

When it was time to pay, they still tried to charge us for the lasagna we hadn’t eaten. What followed was an unbelievable scene: the owner came out, shouting aggressively in front of all the guests, threatening to call the police if we didn’t pay for the cold, uneaten food. Completely unprofessional and rude. A younger staff member, who thankfully spoke better English, eventually calmed things down and convinced them not to charge us for the dish they failed to serve properly.

I would never recommend anyone to visit this place — not even for a beer. If they treat their guests like this in the open, I can’t imagine what’s going on behind the scenes with the food preparation. Absolutely...

The most underwhelming bruschetta I have eaten. Ever! Chunks of tomatoes are joined by microscopic pieces of cheap mozzarella on top of a slice of toasted white bread that has never been closer that 10 feet to a clove of garlic. Dried basil. Let me repeat that. Dried. Basil. Service is unfriendly, the waitress thought it was more important to wipe some tables than to fetch the salt my wife asked for.

Aperitivo con capello !! Ordiniamo 3 aperitivi , arrivati i bicchieri ci accorgiamo che in uno è presente un capello che fuoriesce dal bicchiere . Facciamo notare la cosa al cameriere che prontamente ci dice che ce lo fa rifare . Dopo circa un quarto d ora arriva il bicchiere che aspettavamo, con il capello che galleggiava all interno dello spritz . Da qui abbiamo capito che il cocktail non era stato toccato, anzi era semplicemente stato “mosso” per cercare di non far notare la presenza del capello . Ci rechiamo all interno del bar piuttosto infastidite facendo notare la cosa . Una signora mora con i capelli raccolti in maniera molto scorbutica chiede se sia ancora presente il capello , mentre quello che dovrebbe essere il Barman chiede “simpaticamente” se siamo dei chirurghi . Rifanno lo spritz che sto giro sembra decente . Al momento del pagamento in cassa fanno finta di nulla e ci fanno pagare tutto . Reputiamo sia un episodio gravissimo, passibile di denuncia .
