Very bad experience here : We entered having the idea of taking a salad. They didn't gave us neither a smile, a 'hello' or some indications concerning the process... We found a paper to compose our own salad, without any prices indication on it (we found out later that they were on the Italian version only). We then waited without any indication until they decided to take our order. Five minutes later we had a salad where the tomatoes were forgotten, where the products were not really good (examples the black olivas are full industrial), not enough sauce (oil and vinegar are in sachets on the side)... A good example of where assembly line work (bad service and products mainstream) degrades a cool concept!

Extra : it was expensive !...

Food is good and reasonably priced... however they don't provide a good service. I asked for the wifi password and was told a simple "NO"... I asked for a bathroom to wash my hands, and the reply was also "NO". I wanted to purchase another bottle of water and they just decided to close the place. There are plenty of other...

Posto in pieno centro, si affaccia su piazza Sant'Oronzo e sull' anfiteatro il locale dispone di un bancone all interno e alcuni tavolini all'esterno ove è possibile consumare la propria ordinazione. Mi piace la gestione delle ordinazioni in quanto è veloce e funzionale, si ha la possibilità di scegliere panini "preimpostati" dal tabellone oppure di crearlo a piacimento. La qualità è sempre eccellente e non delude mai, l'ultima volta ho provato il pane ai cereali che è stato una bomba! Consigliatissimo. Ci sono panini a base di pesce (tonno, salmone, polpo) e di carne (i salumi si sprecano), con aggiunte di svariati formaggi, salse e verdure. I prezzi si aggirano nella media intorno ai 5 euro a panino, ma ne valgono la pena considerando anche la locazione del locale. Non ho ancora avuto modo di provare le insalate. I ragazzi che lavorano sono il top. Simpatici e disponibili, dal look ordinato. Da tornarci...
