Prendici Gusto — Restaurant in Lecce

Another typical example of very poor/and economically unsound customer service. I usually order once a week from this place, and, when they make a mistake with not delivering a complete order, instead of solving it for me by immediately shipping out the remaining order to me free of charge, they refuse. Sure, they offert a reimbursement for the missin item, which was essential to the meal, but expect me to pay for another delivery fee to get it to my house. Apparently they think that loosing a weekly order is a better idea than solving a one time situation for, what until now was, a returning customer. Maybe revisiting school mathematics wouldn't be a bad...

Clearly this business focuses on the freshness and simplicity of the local cuisine dishes that they offer. Everything was tasty even though the meatballs and the not so cooked tomato sauce was not in my palate. I'd highly recommend the lasagna and if you're looking a good tasty quick cheap meal; this place is for you. Casereccio, saporito e fatto con prodotti di altissima qualità. Perchè il sugo coi pomodorini freschi se non lo fai coi pomodorini buoni e il basilico fresco va a finire che sa di detersivo... LOCATION: Incredibilmente centrale. Sta a 20 metri dalla piazza del duomo (centralissima) ma ciononostante è situato in una viuzza laterale che non è molto trafficata. Ottima per mangiare sui tavolini fuori senza correre il rischio di farsi spingere dal turista giapponese che si fa i selfy mentre cammina. PREZZI: SCANDALOSAMENTE BASSI! Ok non c'è coperto e i piatti sono di cartone, ma cavolo un primo di pasta fatta in casa abbondante e buonissima 4€?! Un secondo 3€?! Andiamo signori, questi prezzi sono fuori mercato! Approfittatene finche dura!! SERVIZIO: Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici, che è una delle cose fondamentali secondo me, perchè se quando vai a mangiare il locandiere ti fa incazzare, poi il boccone anche se è buonissimo ti va storto...
