Syrbar — Restaurant in Lecce

If you are a tourist I would really recommend not going here. The staff was super rude to us even tho there was almost all tables empty.

We tried to order at the bar they said no, the women took orders of all tables arriving, all Italians and everytime we were asking to order she would clean a table.

We left 🤷🏻‍♀️

Its October in Lecce chill with that attitude.

The owner is threatening to sue me for posting a picture of the inside...

in famiglia decidiamo di fare colazione nella suggestiva piazza duomo.

Ci sediamo ai tavolini di questo locale, siamo in cinque e sembra che siamo i primi clienti della mattinata. Ordiniamo e un addetto ci porta al tavolo le varie consumazioni caffè, cappuccino, latte macchiato e pasticciotti.

Soltanto mia moglie riscontra che il suo cappuccino è completamente acido, imbevibile. Anche noi altri assaggiamo il cappuccino dalla sua tazza per verificare l'acidità e lo sputiamo perchè è completamente andato a male, imbevibile.

Comprendiamo che può succedere, quindi mia moglie porta il cappuccino al bancone e, a bassa voce, con educazione e discrezione, informa l'addetta e chiede cortesemente la sostituzione del cappuccino.

La reazione dell'addetta la lascia senza parole  perchè non solo non apprezza la richiesta fatta con educazione, comprensione e discrezione, ma  risponde a mia moglie con sfrontatezza e ad alta voce che è impossibile che il cappuccino possa essere acido, dandole praticamente della bugiarda.

Sostituisce il cappuccino malvolentieri e con accentuata maleducazione.

Non ci fermeremo mai più a consumare  in questo locale di persone cafone...

Congratulations, the owner is threatening me that he is going to sue me for a bad review. What a bully! Not only a horrible place but owner from hell… no surprise the staff is so demotivated.

So many nicer places down the road
