I had to try the ramen here in Lecce. The waitress who served me was lovely. The ramen was delicious. The fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisines was great. I tried their chashu ramen (which I think is an odd name 😅). The fact that it had some sort of peanut butter as a topping was interesting. Ambiente 5/5 perché amò Naruto e quindi mi ha rapito il modo in cui sono adibite le pareti, ma di per sé é piccolino come ambiente; servizio 5/5 perché prima volta che ci andai feci una gaffe con un ordine che in realtà non volevo, ma per sbaglio ordinato...mi é stato tolto e non fatto pagare, quindi anche se sbaglio mio ho apprezzato molto; cibo 4/5 perché non ho assaggiato ancora tutto il menù, ma quello che ho assaggiato é stato ottimo, anche se c'è da rivisitazionare il brodo, che dovrebbe essere fatto più speziato, ma saltati gli "spaghetti" erano la fine del mondo con le verdure ormai é il mio piatto fisso, i prezzi bassi sono relazionati alle porzioni per quanto riguarda gli antipasti, invece per quanto riguarda i primi allo stesso prezzo darei porzioni più piccoli cercando di aumentare sul sapore ( non con aspartame o sale, ma con magari una cottura lunga del brodo).
