Igea — Restaurant in Levanto

For Italian standard of pizza I thought this place was mediocre, I’ve had lots of pizza in Italy on my trip and this was the least notable. I took a risk and ordered the anchovies pizza and I do not recommend it, no one at my table liked it, just fishy fish on your pizza. That’s my bad for ordering something I didn’t know I would like or not. But my kind friends all let me eat some of their pizzas as compensation to my hunger but their pizzas were also subpar in my opinion.

There are really good pizza joints in Levanto, like Picea makes amazzzzzing pizza with great topping options. I’d recommend you go somewhere else for pizza.

Placed just at the entrance of the camping. It's a 5min walk distance from center of Levanto. Named pizzeria, they offer also a good selection local and national dishes. ganz nett! wir waren die ersten gäste an diesem abend. die Stühle mussten auf Nachfrage gereinigt werden, weil sie zu beschmutzt waren. für ein 0,25 l bier zahlt man 3€. kann man mal machen, wenn dafür das essen lecker ist - dachten wir! wir waren um 18:30 uhr, vor dem riesen ansturm zum abendessen und warteten dennoch 1h auf unsere nudeln (fruit di mare, muscheln und etwas tintenfisch) und muscheln (nur muscheln, kein brot oder sonstiges dazu). beides gerichte ohne großen aufwand. als vorspeisen hatten wir käse und gegrilltes gemüse. beides kam sehr lieblos ohne garnierung oder sonstigem chi chi daher. wir dachten, naja, das brot reicht ja auch aus dazu... kam nur leider keines. Dafür waren wir wohl nicht italienisch genug. uns viel nämlich auf, dass alle italienischen gäste automatisch noch vor ihrer bestellung der gerichte brot bekamen. olivenöl, salz und pfeffer wurden uns auf nachfragen wenigstens noch gebracht. und weils so schön war, gab es zu dem gedeckpreis von jeweils 3€ natürlich auch noch trinkgeld von uns.. wir waren zu baff um keines zu geben. einmal...
