Although the owner seem to truly be a good person, I think that the meals really need a boost ! We asked for his most typical Sardenian plates and all we received was wet flat bred with tomato sauce and what seemed to be unfrozen pasta with 5 little pieces of untasty sausage in tomato sauce ! I'm not saying this is a scam, I'm saying the chef really needs to try his best to make those "typical Sardenian plates" taste better !!! It's awful to come all this way to Sardenia and eat something so untasty as our first restaurant here ! Countryside dishes are known to be very tasteful and warming, this was just bad food ! Make your recipes better and don't hide yourself saying it's because it's farmer's way of making food ! Anyway, thanks for everything, take care and...
