We had a terrible experience at this restaurant during my sister’s pre-wedding dinner. We chose this place to celebrate with both families before the big day, but it turned out to be a disaster. Our group was left extremely disappointed. The service was appalling—some of us had to wait nearly two hours for our main courses, while others were served much earlier. Fantastic price/quality ratio. We were a group of eight people and when we left we couldn’t wait to go back. Best pizza, pasta and grilled meat and vegetables we ever had and the “Tiramisu” desert was to die for. Very friendly ambiance. Gets a bit crowded so come “early” to avoid waiting (they open at 8 pm). Highly recommended. Easily one of the best restaurants...

Male male. Avevo prenotato un tavolo per 6, una volta arrivati ci è stato detto di aspettare che un tavolo si alzasse (ho dato un'occhiatae non mi sembrava che nessuno stesse verso la fine della cena), abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 minuti senza che nessuno ci dedicasse un minimo di attenzione. Risultato ce ne siamo andati senza aver mangiato malgrado avessimo prenotato.

In Risposta al signor proprietario: Nella chiamata ho specificato che saremmo venuti alle 20e45 circa.. poi avere un ritardo di 15 minuti non giustifica dare via il tavolo a qualcun altro (dato che si prenota apposta). Il numero di cellulare che comunque viene lasciato nel momento della prenotazione, serve proprio per chiamare nel caso che ci siano dei dubbi che qualcuno non venga più (e non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata). Ed infine, non ci è stato detto di aspettare 5 minuti ma di attendere che qualcuno finisse di cenare e si alzasse(c'è una bella differenza) .. e dopo un'attesa di 10 minuti fuori dal locale al freddo (ribadisco senza nessun accortezza nei confronti del cliente), ce ne...
