Our first meal of our holidays. All 3 dishes we got were terrible and service left a lot to be desired. The lasagne arrived and looked like it had come out of a can. No texture whatsoever. The cannelloni was tasteless. I ordered a vegan hamburger. What arrived was a patty on the plate nothing else but the fries. When I asked why it wasnt an assembled hamburger they acted surprised but brought me the buns which I had to ask for. I then had to assemble myself and was also charged 4 euro extra for the bun and a few tomatoes despite the menu saying vegan hamburger. Ordered a half portion of onion rings and was charged for the full portion. The lasagne wasn't eaten but we were still charged half the amount for the dish. When questioning the staff about the discrepancies on the bill (Lasagne, onion rings and extra charge for the buns) the staff became quite dismissive and basically told us to subtract the amount for the lasagne but to calculate it ourselves with no apology. Would definitely not...

I recently ordered the swordfish at this restaurant, and to be honest, my first bite was quite disappointing. The fish had a horrible taste, and I found it difficult to chew. However, I must commend the waitress for her outstanding service. She noticed my dissatisfaction and immediately offered me other options to choose from. Her kindness and willingness to make things right were truly commendable. She even went the extra mile by offering a 10% discount on my next visit, which was a nice gesture. While the food experience left much to be desired, the excellent service certainly salvaged the overall dining experience. I appreciate the effort taken by the staff to rectify the situation, and I might consider giving this place another chance...
